Sundowners are, for many, the absolute highlight of any safari. There is magic in switching off the engine, getting out of the car and being still in nature. Watching the sun sink beneath the horizon while enjoying a cold drink as crickets serenade you is unforgettable. Following your sundowner, there is the exhilarating drive back to camp, scanning the landscape with a red spotlight for eyes in the dark.
